The Primea Ring has all of the features in our Talea Ring Plus fully automatic coffee/espresso center, but instead of having the external Milk Island, the Primea has an integrated milk frothing system!  With its flexible programming features, the Primea allows you to choose from pre-programmed, yet adjustable coffee drinks; coffee, espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and more!

A first on fully automated coffee centers is Saeco's unique "Coffee of the World" special brewing functions.  Choose among SEVEN special programmed beverages from a strong espresso (ristretto), traditional Italian espresso, Northern European coffee, traditional French/Swiss style coffee, traditional American coffee, large - strong coffee for a full day of energy, and a traditional nighttime latte macchiato!  In addition to the Coffee of the World selections, the Primea also allows you to select an additional EIGHT customizable beverage choices including hot water, coffee (long or short), espresso, latte, macchiato, and cappuccino.

The outstanding feature of the Primea Ring is the fully automated integrated milk frothing system.  Simply pour the desired amount of fresh cold milk into the 12 ounce milk container, insert it into the machine, and then press the froth button on the machine and watch as  perfectly steamed and frothed milk is dispensed.  When you choose a latte, latte macchiato, or a cappuccino from the beverage menu, the Primea will automatically combine hot, frothed milk and espresso from the dual function dispensing spouts right into your cup!  You can even select the option of dispensing hot milk by itself.  

The all new Primea Ring has been equipped with Saeco's latest technology offering a superior user interface as compared to other high-end automated coffee machines.  The "Ring" in the title of this model comes from Saeco's new touch sensitive "control ring" located in the center of the control panel.  You can scroll through the machine's many brewing options by moving your finger around the control ring.  As you scroll, all of the machine's brewing options are displayed on the digital screen.  Once you have scrolled to the desired setting or brewing option, simply press the coffee cup icon in the center of the ring.

With the advanced features of this model you can: follow prompts on the digital message screen, program coffee strength and ounces to be brewed per cup, switch between espresso or coffee options instantly, change coffee temperature, use pre-ground coffee in addition to whole coffee beans, adjust the built-in coffee grinder for fine tuning your espresso/coffee, program the special pre-brew coffee conditioning system, view messages in multiple languages, view the cup counter, program the energy saving mode and timer, adjust the water hardness setting, dispense hot water for tea or hot chocolate, and more. The Primea remembers all of the settings you program - coffee, hot milk, hot water, and grind settings!

Installation & Accessories
Plug it in and the Primea is ready to go.  No special plumbing for water intake or discharge and no special electrical outlets are required.  Detailed instructions on the optimum care and operation of your machine is included with the purchase along with a brewing group maintenance tool, Aqua Prima water filter, water hardness test kit, grinder adjustment key, milk frothing system cleaning tool, spare milk container (great for the rinsing procedure), cleaning detergent for milk system, and a coffee grinder cleaning brush. Saeco also includes a complementary recipe book!
