We accept Paypal and all major credit  cards or debit cards through Paypal. California residents will be charged 8 1/4% sales tax.  No sales tax will be charged to residents outside of

Do you have a privacy policy?
Personal information is only gathered at checkout for the and sent to Paypal for the sole purpose of making payment and fullfilling your order. No personal information is stored on this server nor do we sell yor email address or any other information to any 3rd parties.

Do your products come with a Warranty?
12-month parts and labor,  1 year extended warranty on select machines, (3 years parts and labor on Bunn products)

We are an authorized retailer for Baratza, Bosch, Briel, Bunn, Caffe' FerreroDualit, EspressionePasquini, Saeco and Solis products.
All our products are offered with an unlimited toll free technical support service. If you have any questions or need help, just call us at the number provided in your help guide. We offer a full, one-year parts and labor warranty for home or office use.
 
What is your Return Policy?
Thirty days or less, replacement or exchange if defective, will need RA number. 10% restocking fee if not defective. Contact Support at espressohighway.com. Also, please call the support number for your machine, to see if the problem can be rectified.  For Espressione, Espressione Service Center 1-800-763-6699 or via email espressione@smithagy.net. How will my product (s) be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via Fedex Home or UPS. We offer ground, 2nd day and next day service.
 
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges: FREE ground shipping for orders over $99.00 . Charges for items under $99.00 are based upon the dollar amount of the order.
You can review shipping costs before ordering; the shopping cart will calculate and display the charges before your order is finalized.
 
How long will it take to get my order?
Arrival date will vary depending on your selected shipping method. Ground shipping generally takes 3 - 7 days. Next day, 2-day and 3-day orders must be received no later than 1:30 pm PST. Please allow regular business days (Monday – Friday) for your order to arrive.
 
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Sorry, UPS or Fedex does not deliver to  P.O. Boxes.
 
Do you take international orders?
We currently only ship to destinations within the United States.
